Born and raised in Midland, Shelby holds a deep respect for the West Texas community and is proud to serve the people and families of the area. Shelby is a graduate of Texas State University and Oklahoma City University, where she earned her law degree and a certification in criminal law.
She is also licensed to practice law in both the State of Texas and the State of Oklahoma.
